The 28th Meeting of the ACCSQ-WG1

28^th Meeting of the ASEAN Consultative Committee for Standards and Quality Working Group on Harmonization of Standards and Mutual Recognition Arrangements (ACCSQ WG 1)

Led by Ms. Metrawinda Tunus (seated,6^th right ) Division Head of International Cooperation, National Standardization Agency of Indonesia , as Chairperson; Mr. Khoi Nguyen Van (seated,8^th right ), Senior Official of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality of Vietnam, as Co-Chairperson; and Ms. Shirley Ramesh (seated,5^th right ) of the ASEAN Secretariat, the Working Group composed of representatives from regulatory bodies of the ASEAN member states of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam discussed trade facilitation issues related to harmonization of standards and mutual recognition arrangements on 29 February to 1 March 2012 at Mandarin Oriental Manila Hotel in Makati City. The Philippine delegation was headed by Ms. Carmencita Magno (seated,4^th left ), OIC of the Bureau of Product Standards. Undersecretary Zenaida Maglaya (seated,7^th right ) welcomed the delegates during the Opening Program. The 7^th Meeting of the Task Force of Building and Construction was held a day before the WG 1 meeting.
